Antonino leads danse-therapy sessions in Paris with the APERTURA association for immigrant women

As part of the Apertura association‘s “L’Avenir du passé” project, Antonino CERESIA, a choreographer and dance therapist from the Cie Essevesse, worked with immigrant women in the 19th arrondissement of Paris to open up a dance space that would help them to feel better.

Dance is a way for women to reclaim their bodies by freeing themselves through movement. Healing the body. Dance therapy encourages the discovery of the inseparable link between body and mind. It allows us to access universal movements to reach our personal history, through the expression of our energy. This expression is liberating, both physically and psychologically.
