"Access to Health" Action

at ACPM Marseille

Since 2020, choreographers and dance therapists Fabio Dolce and Antonino Ceresia (Cie Essevesse) have led a module within the Access to Health program, organized by ACPM in Marseille.

This initiative is designed for adults receiving RSA (Revenu de Solidarité Active) who, upon referral by a social worker, doctor, or nurse, are invited to participate in a health education program organized by ACPM.

Context of the Access to Health Program

The program targets individuals facing health issues that hinder their social and professional integration.

It runs for 11 months (January to November), with sessions held 2 to 3 half-days per week, serving 90 beneficiaries.

Program Structure

  • One mandatory collective half-day (3.5 hours) focused on health education (prevention, lifestyle, pathologies, support systems, etc.).
  • One or two optional well-being workshops (visual arts, socio-aesthetics, relaxation, DIY, walking, cooking, etc.), tailored to individual needs.
  • Individual sessions with a health educator and psychologist.
  •

Global Objectives

  • Help participants rethink their perception of illness to engage in care without fear or shame.
  • Strengthen psychosocial skills (self-esteem, autonomy, personal projects).
  • Encourage commitment to health, social, and/or professional integration.
  • Provide personalized, reliable support, ensuring tailored progress and follow-up.

Workshops are held at 15 rue Marc Donadille, 13013 Marseille, accessible by metro or bus, with accommodations for reduced mobility.
