In this article, Antonino shares the outcome of his research around the concept of the “Knot-Body”, a reflection at the crossroads of artistic, choreographic, and therapeutic experience.
The “knot-body” is explored as a space of tensions, memories, and possibilities, where dance becomes a tool for transformation, liberation, and reconstruction.
