Cie Essevesse is delighted to invite you to an evening dedicated to the fight against TRANSPHOBIA on 17 May through live performance.
“Let’s FIGHT TOGETHER for the respect of transgender people and those who don’t fit into society’s binary system; everyone is affected, regardless of skin colour, social class, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other factor…”.
The programme includes :
- performances by amateur participants in the creative workshops that Fabio and Antonino have been running since 2020 (this year at Marseille’s LGBTQIA+ centre): Astrid, Rousslan, Gloria and Emma;
- Butch Queen – choreography by Alary RAVIN ;
- Au-delà – choreography by Aude FONDARD alias Oddinmotion accompanied by a poem and Evolve, a track composed by Marvel Flandergan (feat. Zse). (To find out more about the 2 pieces, visit our IG or FB pages).
- open stage for performing arts professionals and enthusiasts. We are delighted to welcome: Yaëlle LE MERTEUIL, Lee FERRERO, Elisa VERDIER, Anaïs POULET and Christopher Alexander (!!!nudity expected!!!).
