The DANCE AGAINST SCHOOL BULLYING project takes on a new format for the Essevesse Company.
A 6-hour day between:
- dance workshops, transmission, awareness-raising activities, dance restitutions, performance by professional dancers, photographic and cinematographic reporting, creative assessment and participatory exchange.
On this occasion, the artists of the Essevesse Company mix the art of dance, music, photography and cinema, in order to stimulate students in several ways and highlight their work in several forms.
They create the duet: If the mirror could speak, do you think it would accept me?
A duet choreographed by Antonino CERESIA and danced by Fabio DOLCE and Greta SANDON with music by Noé PHILIBERT.
The artist Maria SPERA, from the Apertura Association, will photograph and interview some students for a photo installation/testimony.
The artist Jeanne DANTOINE will collaborate with Fabio & Antonino for the production of a short film/dance documentary: the choreographic material of the duo and its transmission to the students will be the starting point of this adventure.
The action began on Monday, October 14 at the Lycée ALFRED HUTINEL, Cannes.
This project is supported by the REGION SUD and THE EDF Group Foundation.
